Pitch Contest Official Rules

This contest is only valid if your local laws, rules and regulations apply including U.S. sanctions. If there are any disputes the jurisdiction will be Massachusetts.

The contest is being run by Gregory Raiz or MA.

The contest is valid from June 27, 2021 through July 27, 2021. Winners will be announced via your Volley App submission within two weeks of the end of the contest period.

You may not infringe upon or encourage the infringement of any third party rights or the participation of any unlawful activity.

Your contest is free to enter.

This contest is not associate or affiliate YouTube and YouTube has not endorsed your contest in any way. You are responsible for complying with YouTube community guidelines and any entries that don’t comply will be disqualified.

YouTube is not a sponsor of your contest and by entering you release YouTube from any liability related to your contest.

All contestants must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, including U.S. sanctions.

All winners are responsible for complying with state and local tax regulations associated with the prize.

The prize is $1000 USD payable to the contestant who submits the best startup pitch idea, to be decided by Gregory Raiz. The submission must be completed via the Volley App link provided.

Contestants may only submit once. Any inappropriate language, behavior, comments or defamatory language will result in disqualification.

Your pitch will be publicly visible during the contest and you are allowing your pitch to be edited into a highlights video that may be produced and published on YouTube by Gregory Raiz. Do not disclose confidential or proprietary information that you do not want to be public. None of your personal information will be stored or used by Gregory Raiz for anything other than contest administration.
